About the Yuen Method™

Jill & Dr. Kam YuenDr. Kam Yuen developed the Yuen Method™ after a lifetime of study in the martial arts. Dr. Yuen is a 35 generation Grandmaster of Shaolin Martial and Healing Arts. The Yuen Method™ is an energetic technique that has taken 5,000 years of ancient Chinese Shaolin temple healing and combined it with western knowledge. It is a blending of anatomy, physiology, structural analysis, energetics, quantum physics and Qi and Shen Gong training.

The premise of The Yuen Method™ is that your body functions like a computer – you are either on or off, strong or weak to any given issue.  Pain, discomfort, illness are signals from our bodies that something is obstructing the flow of energy. Humans are multi-faceted beings with multiple levels of consciousness. We attract to ourselves what we are in vibrational harmony with. This work helps to align our energies on all levels so pain may be eliminated immediately, and goals may be attained. The practitioner energetically pinpoints the underlying causes of a complaint and layer by layer removes influences that obstruct the flow of energy. The energetic corrections are made by the practitioner, the client heals themselves. Instant results are usually noticed. When the layers are neutralized, we are then energetically supporting what it is we say we want.  When you allow it to happen, healing occurs instantly. The Yuen Method™ is easily applied to any area of your life, and is an easy method to learn for self treatment.

“What does the word “energy” really mean and how can you use this energy to heal? To the general Western mind, energy remains an abstract term to describe an invisible life force that cannot be measured by conventional technology. In ancient time, the healing traditions of most cultures understood the primacy of energy as the foundation of the physical body and therefore as the basis of health and well-being. The energy/body relationship was not understood in terms of the physical body having energy. Rather, it was that life energy created our bodies. The physical body was seen as a manifestation of the inner life energy. Therefore, it made sense to restore the balance of this field of energy to improve the functions of the body rather than focusing on the body exclusively. In China, martial arts masters and those entrusted with this knowledge of energy quantified and categorized the numerous levels of energy that enliven everything, including the human body. Not only did they accept the invisible forces that animate us and make us healthy or ill, they also learned to distinguish between these forces and how to specifically direct energy to correct and strengthen ourselves, making us happier, healthier, wealthier and fit.”
