The Introductory Class

This is a four hour introductory class for those who want to learn more about The Yuen Method and to make simple corrections. This class shows you how to pinpoint the basic energetic weaknesses, and make the basic energetic correction.  It helps to prepare one for the Level One class, but is not a prerequisite.
